The T Customer Bill of Rights

I didn't even know this existed till just now, but apparently the T thinks that all its riders have a right to on-time service. I think "great, I'll just fill out this form for the 50 or so times the subway has been late and get 50 free fares." Then I go to fill out the form and find it doesn't even have a "subway" option, just commuter rail and bus. I suppose the MBTA can't go around insuring the service that's actually late all the time. I recommend that everyone go on over here, print off some copies of this so-called "Customer Bill of Rights," and post them in your local subway station. Then we'll see just how many "rights" we T riders have.
